About Us
The Fennel and Thyme kitchen was originally located in historic downtown Canal Fulton, OH in the lower level of the S.A.L.T Box Ministry building until our move to our current location into the Blank House owned by the Canal Fulton Heritage Society. This move allowed us to expand our services to better meet the needs of our customers. I made wonderful connections with the nicest people at the S.A.L.T Box and Bountiful Gifts ministries and we came up with ideas through simple ways to help struggling families in our area. We are excited with this collaboration and also to see how willing customers are willing to jump in to help their neighbors as well.

I always get asked, "Where did the name Fennel and Thyme come from?"
I wanted a name that encompasses my philosophy on food and life.
Fennel is characterized by it's sweetness it brings to a dish and alternatively thyme has a bitter quality. Life (not unlike a well seasoned meal) is made up of both bitter and sweet moments, it really wouldn't be complete without them.
But at the heart of all of those moments there is a meal we share together with the ones we love.
